    Millennium invested in Ning in August 2010, just as Ning was transitioning its business model and beginning to ramp up revenues very substantially. A fast 13 months of new breakthrough achievements for Ning later, Glam Media has announced its acquisition of Ning. “Ning is the clear leader for creating custom social websites and communities,” said Samir Arora, Chairman and CEO of Glam Media. “With the addition of Ning, Glam Media will truly become the first next generation media company in the post-social world.” Excerpts from the Glam Media press release are below:
