Sharadh is an Associate at Millennium New Horizons, where he focuses on early and growth stage investments in AI/ML, Hardware, and Consumer Tech.

Prior to Millennium, Sharadh was an Investment Associate at Stephen M. Ross’s family office private equity firm where he evaluated and executed the firm’s investments in Magnolia Bakery, MilkBar, and Beta Technologies. Sharadh began his career at Accenture Ventures, where he supported Nestle’s acquisition of Essentia Waters and Accenture’s acquisitions of LinkByNet and TripleBlind.

Sharadh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics (MMSS) from Northwestern University and a Certificate in Financial Economics from the Kellogg School of Management. Sharadh also served as a Course Fellow at Harvard Business School, where he authored several case studies for Moving Beyond DTC, a consumer-focused SIP.
